With 14ft ceilings, we provide a bright, white and open space for you to customize & match your own personal style.

Tables & chairs (45) included in rental (round-qty 6 , banquet-qty 3 8ft and qty 1 6ft , cocktail-qty 6 ) and a kids table & with up to 10 white chiara chairs.

Mon - Thurs - $75/hr (2 hour minimum)
Fri - Sun - $100/hr (4 hour minimum) Add on hours available after the 4hr min has been met $75/hr

Our maximum guest count is 45 seated, 55 cocktail style!

You have access to street parking out front and in the surrounding areas + we even have access to the Kansas City streetcar! There is also a parking garage 0.2 miles from the space. You may request a map upon booking that will help you and your guests find parking for your event.
